One of our specialties is managing Shared Ownership homes. We've been in the SH business for over 25 years and manage several home in the Truckee/Tahoe area. We adhere to the professional SH concept: our office is the hub for communication, which keeps every owner on the same page regarding maintenance items, projects, or any issue pertaining to your home. We understand your mountain home is not only a vacation retreat, but a financial asset and we are committed to maintaining its value. We are available 24/7 via cell, text or email for any emergencies that may arise while you're in residence.

Shared Ownership Services

• each SH home we manage has its own individual bank account; financial statements are sent to each owner on a monthly basis
• all of our employees are covered by worker's compensation insurance and all sub-contractors who work on your home will provide a certificate of liability insurance before any work is performed.
• weekly inspection prior to homeowner's arrival
• professional housecleaning using the latest in biodegradable cleaning products
• home maintenance and repairs
• spa maintenance
• landscape services, including spring and fall yard clean up
• seasonal services: carpet cleaning, pest control, firewood, snow removal, sprinkler systems, chimney and heating system inspections and more - all performed by reputable local contractors
• certified in Project Management for remodels and other home projects
